With 14 years of deep experience in the automotive R&D field, his key contributions since joining Pufaffen include:


  • Building a professional HIL testing team from scratch and establishing a corresponding development system.

  • Driving the systematic construction of R&D processes and helping refine the company’s software development management system.

  • Ensuring solid technical implementation through efficient cross-departmental collaboration


Looking back at the event, when the partners took the stage to speak, Comrade Shao Chenhuan’s voice paused several times as he recalled the days and nights spent building the team from zero. What he spoke of was not the hardships along the way, but the young faces who stood beside him in overcoming technical challenges. “I used to be an engineer, a project manager. But from today, my most important identity is that of a ‘gardener’ and a ‘companion’—my responsibility is to help more people grow into towering trees at Pufafen.” That genuine catch in his voice spoke louder than a thousand words.
